From MARCS Program Director Darryl Anderson: On Monday, 5/21/12, The Ohio Controlling Board authorized DAS/OIT/MARCS to expend up to $90M to upgrade the current MARCS radio platform to a fully-compliant P-25 statewide 700/800 MHz platform.

The Senate State & Local Govt and Veteran’s Affairs committee will hold a third and final hearing on HB509 on Wednesday at 10am in the Grant hearing room.
