This training is meant to prepare 9-1-1 professionals for low-frequency, high-acuity incidents where every second and every word matters.

Participants learn to manage the chaos of active shooter events, coordinate multi-agency response during mass casualty incidents such as large traffic accidents, building collapses, submerged vehicles, and officer-involved shootings. This course equips participants with the confidence, skills, and mental readiness needed to excel when faced with the rare but most critical calls of their careers.
