SUMMARY:The Not-So-Routine Routine for Rare Calls
DESCRIPTION:This training is meant to prepare 9-1-1 professionals for low-frequency\, high-acuity incidents where every second and every word matters. \nParticipants learn to manage the chaos of active shooter events\, coordinate multi-agency response during mass casualty incidents such as large traffic accidents\, building collapses\, submerged vehicles\, and officer-involved shootings. This course equips participants with the confidence\, skills\, and mental readiness needed to excel when faced with the rare but most critical calls of their careers.
